Return & Exchange Policy 

At Arabian Hunter, we are committed to providing the highest standards of quality and customer service. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before completing your purchase

1. General Return Policy

Most products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Air Guns
  • PCP Rifles

Note: In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or an appropriate solution will be provided, based on the technical assessment.

3. Scopes & Binoculars Policy

Scopes and Binoculars are not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.


If a defect is claimed:

  • The product will be inspected by our technical team.
  •  Return inspection fee of 150 SAR, refundable if a manufacturing defect or technical fault is confirmed.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, an appropriate resolution will be provided: 

   1- Repair 

   2- Or replacement


4. Manufacturing Defects

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to:

  • Technical inspection
  • Verification by the authorized team

5. Important Notes

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Arabian Hunter reserves the right to:

          1-Approve or reject return requests after inspection

          2-Determine the appropriate resolution (repair or replacement)
